GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

As workers closed up the Cherrydale Pizza Hut, a man came to the door saying he forgot his cell phone then robbed the restaurant at gunpoint, according to deputies.

Greenville County deputies said workers heard a knock at the door about 10:45 p.m. on Sunday and let the man in to get his phone.

He entered, walking to the cash register then pulled out a gun, deputies said. Investigators said the man demanded money then fled from the scene.

Deputies identified the suspect as Demetrus Sims, 47, and arrested him on charges of armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
