Skies will remain mostly cloudy overnight as temperatures drop to near 70 degrees in the Upstate and into the upper 60s across the mountains.
Rain chances will stick around throughout the evening as patchy fog likely develops during the overnight hours as well.
Sunday will be cloudy and muggy with dew points likely sitting in the lower 70s and temperatures climbing into the upper 70s across the Upstate and mid 70s in the mountains. Rain will also be likely on Sunday, possibly being heavy at times. We may also see a thunderstorm mixed in with a few of those showers throughout the day.
Total rainfall for Sunday can be anywhere between a half inch to a little more than an inch of rain. This will be added to what we have already seen on Friday and Saturday.
Monday will continue the wet pattern as well as see below-normal temperatures to start the work week. Look to see sunshine return to the Carolinas by midweek.
