GREER, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Greer man was charged after he fired shots into a woman's vehicle and her cell phone after attacking her early Saturday morning, according to deputies.

Deputies said they were called to a home on Poinsett Street Extension just after 2 a.m.

Deputies said a female victim said Christopher Campbell, 24, came home unexpectedly from work and went through her e-mail.

The victim said Campbell then became violent.

According to reports, Campbell choked the victim, punched several holes in the walls, and then put a gun in the woman's face and threatened to kill her if she didn't tell him what was going on.

Campbell then fired a shot at the victim's iPhone and then walked outside the house and fired three shots into the right front panel of the victim's Chevy SUV, according to incident reports.

Deputies said the Campbell was standing in the driveway when they arrived.

Deputies said Campbell was taken into custody and charged with criminal domestic violence high and aggravated.

Campbell is being held in the Spartanburg County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
