Temperatures crank up even more for Thursday and Friday. Under partly cloudy skies, highs will approach the mid 90s in the Upstate and upper 80s in the mountains for both days. This is about 5 degrees above normal for this time of year.
Isolated storms will be possible through late week, then rain chances increase this week as a front approaches. The best chance of rain all weekend will come Sunday afternoon.
Cooler air will filter in by Monday, as highs drop back into the mid 80s for the Upstate and low 80s in the mountains.
