TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

For those with a Republican ballot for this primary election, there are a lot of names to choose from.

The Republican race for governor includes - Scott Smith, Andrew Thomas, Ken Bennett, Doug Ducey and Christine Jones.  Whoever wins this spot will go up against the only Democrat running for governor - Fred  Duval, who most recently was serving on the Arizona Board of Regents.

Another big race to consider this primary is the race for District Two to represent Arizona in Washington D.C.  There are three Republican candidates - Shelley Kais, Chuck Wooten and Martha McSally.  This is McSally's second run for the spot.  Anyone who wins the Republican ticket will go up against incumbent and Democrat, Ron Barber.

Republican options for District One are Gary Kiehne, Adam Swasman and Andy Tobin.  Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick is currently holding the spot, she also represented District Two at one point.

Another race drawing attention is District Three. There are only two candidates to choose from in this race - Raul Grijalva, a Democrat, who has held the post for the last ten years and Gabby Saucedo Mercer, a Republican.
