Heat and humidity will be the big weather stories for Friday and Saturday. Highs on Friday will reach the low 90s for the Upstate and mid 80s in the mountains. Skies should stay mostly sunny, with the rain threat staying low.
Storm chances will increase slightly for Saturday. A few pop-up storms will be possible late day, especially in northeast Georgia. Highs will remain hotter than normal for this time of year.
Scattered showers and t-storms are back for Sunday, with the best chance of rain after noon.
