The Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA) invites submissions for its 46th annual conference, EDRA46LosAngeles, to be held May 27-30, 2015 at the Westin Bonaventure in the heart of Los Angeles, California. The official call for proposals may be found at http://www.edra.org/edra46losangeles.

The theme of the 2015 conference, brainSTORM: Dynamic Interactions of Environment-Behavior and Neuroscience, examines how neuroscience has the potential of adding a significant dimension to environment-behavior research, leading to the creation of environments more responsive to human needs.

A body of scholarship is steadily developing, linking the built environment, behavior, and neuroscience, says EDRA46 Co-Chair Greg Allen Barker, AIA. EDRA46 sets the stage for a comprehensive understanding of biological and social facets of environment-behavior interactions.

The submission deadline for papers, abstracts, symposia, workshops and professional development tutorials is September 22, 2014. The submission deadline for display poster presentations and EDRAShorts is November 24, 2014. Complete submission details can be found in the call for proposals. All proposals must be submitted online at http://edra46.abstractcentral.com.
