Look for clouds to increase a bit on Saturday with temperatures set to climb into the upper 50s in northeast Georgia and the Upstate. Western North Carolina will climb into the low 50s under a mix of sun and clouds.
Relatively light winds will come out of the north and east between three and eight miles per hour.
Clouds will increase late in the day and bring a very slight chance of an evening shower or snow flurry for areas along the Tennessee border.
Saturday night will also be cold, falling into the low to upper 30s once again. Sunshine returns on Sunday with highs only peaking near 50 in the upstate and in the low 40s in the mountains.
Sunday night can bring some of the coldest temperatures we have seen so far this season, dipping into the low to upper 20s!
