Patchy fog will likely develop by early Sunday morning area-wide and the morning will see low temperatures in the low 50s in the Upstate and upper 40s in western North Carolina
Sunday will see increasing clouds throughout the day. Expect highs to peak near 70 degrees in the Upstate while mountain towns climb into the mid-60s.
Though slightly cooler, the highs will still sit well above normal for this time of year. Winds will be light and variable early the shift out of the south between five and ten miles per hour.
Look to see temperatures fall into the low to mid-50s Sunday evening with showers pushing in late ahead of an approaching cold front.
Monday will be mostly cloudy with a good chance of showers throughout the day and highs peaking in the low to mid-60s. Sunshine will return quickly on Tuesday.
