Expect highs to reach the mid-50s across the Upstate while mountain towns peak in the low 50s.
Winds will be gentle out of the east northeast between three to eight miles per hour across the Upstate. Western North Carolina will see more of a southeasterly flow between five and ten miles per hour.
Clouds will build late in the day, leading to a cloudy and cold Sunday evening. Look to see temperatures dip in the low to mid-30s before rebounding into the low to mid-50s on Monday.
Cloudy skies will last for much of the work week as rain chances increase Tuesday and last through Christmas day.
