POWDERSVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A group of Jeep owners from the Upstate will meet groups from other parts of the state in Columbia on Saturday in a ride to show support for law enforcement, organizers said.

The “Dirty Jeeple Flag Run: We Support the ones in Blue” will depart from Powdersville High School by 1 p.m.

More than 100 Jeeps from the Upstate are participating in the ride.

Organizers say deputies from Anderson and Greenville County will escort riders through those counties.

The local “Jeepers” will meet hundreds of others from across the Palmetto State at Quaker Steak and Lube in Columbia. The restaurant is located at 941 Spears Creek Court, in Columbia.
