SENECA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office said a Seneca couple is in custody after a young child tested positive for multiple drugs.

According to arrest warrants, on July 7 a drug screening of a 14-month-old child tested positive for cocaine, benzolecgonine, norcocaine and marijuana. The testing was conducted after the child's parents, 27-year-old Vontria Beatrice Walker and 29-year-old Undre Bias Randolph were arrested in July during a drug sweep.

DSS said the couple tested positive for the same drugs as the baby.

They were both arrested again and charged with felony unlawful neglect of a child. They have since been released on $5,000 bonds each.

The child was reportedly placed in a safe environment.
