Upstate automotive group raises money for family of Townville Elementary shooting victim, Jacob Hall

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

An Upstate automotive group is collecting donations for the family of the 6-year-old Townville Elementary shooting victim.

Hot Rods & Happy Hour is raising money for the family of Jacob Hall at an event held at the Greenville Ruby Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. All money raised at the event will be given to the family.

At the fundraiser, Hot Rods & Happy Hour are auctioning off T-shirts and also giving attendees the opportunity to show off their cars and check out other cars.

The automotive groups puts on car shows and events all over the southeast to raise money for charities.

Jacob was wounded during a shooting on Sept. 28 at Townville Elementary School. After three days on life support, he passed away.
