PICKENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Pickens County Sheriff's Office said a 19-year-old is facing charges after two younger teenage girls were sexually assaulted.

An investigation was launched after allegations were made that Brandon Cody Boyd Bundy had engaged in unlawful sex acts with at least two underage victims.

Deputies said between June 2013 and August 2014, when Bundy was 17 years old, he engaged in sexual battery of a 14-year-old girl. Arrest warrants indicate Bundy kissed the victim before engaging in sexual intercourse with her while she was crying and telling him to stop.

Bundy, now 19, is accused of giving marijuana to another 14-year-old victim between Sep. 1 and Oct. 10. He performed a sex act on her and engaged in intercourse with her while she was under the influence, according to arrest warrants.

Bundy is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and criminal sexual conduct with a minor, victim 11 to 14 years of age. He was arrested on Monday and booked into the Pickens County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
