Runoff election needed to fill Clemson City Council seat

CLEMSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The city of Clemson said Monday that a runoff election would be needed to determine a city council seat.

The results of the Nov. 8 election were certified and officials said the run-off election will be held on Nov. 22. Voters can cast ballots at their normal precincts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Candidates on the ballot will be Mark Cato and Jim Oswald.
