WOODRUFF, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Dispatchers said Thursday night that a fire had been reported in Woodruff.

According to dispatchers, the incident occurred at a mobile home on the 200 block of Prince Caldwell Road.

The call came in just after 11:15 p.m.

Dispatchers said multiple fire crews responded to the fire, including Roebuck, Woodruff and Poplar Springs fire departments.

Firefighters at the scene told FOX that the mobile home was completely engulfed in flames when they arrived. Firefighters said the fire was mostly put out as of 12:09 a.m. and though they confirmed that people lived at the residence, they said it was unclear if anyone had been home when the fire started.

The American Red Cross said in a release on Saturday that their disaster-trained volunteers were assisting one individual displaced by the fire Thursday night.
