SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Spartanburg police said five women were trespassed from the JC Penney at WestGate Mall after the women began fighting each other Thursday afternoon.

Police said the fight broke out around 2:30 p.m. at the department store.

One woman involved told police she was pregnant and two of the women involved were elderly, according to investigative reports.

One group of women told officers the other group tried to cut in line outside the store, where scores of people were waiting to get inside.

The two groups of women did not know each other and the fight reportedly involved hitting and kicking. At least two of the women were knocked to the ground during the brawl, reports state.

No charges were filed but police said trespass notices were signed for each of the women and they will not be allowed to return to the mall.
