Our quiet weather continues Sunday after a chilly start in the 20s and 30s, highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s area-wide with sunshine.
Monday will be dry during the day before our much-advertised cold front moves in from the west and could provide a few overnight showers in our westernmost areas.
Not to worry elsewhere, because that rain will slowly spread eastward throughout Tuesday as the front makes its way through.
Wednesday will bring another surge of moisture in from the Gulf of Mexico which will provide yet another chance to cash in on much needed rain across the area.
When all is said and done most places could get anywhere from 1-4 inches of rain which is exactly what we need to help extinguish the wildfires and do some major work on our rain deficit.
