GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Fans of a popular Christmas light show in Greenville will have to make other arrangements this holiday season.

Greenville Griswold, a synchronized light and music display, features more than 480,000 lights at a home on Ridgewood Drive. The show normally begins on Black Friday and ends New Years Day, but this year it isn't happening.

Dustin Pelletier announced his family is taking a year off from the show while they open a new business in Spartanburg. Time invested in launching Big Air Trampoline Park meant little time to set up the display.

Pelletier said the lights will be back in 2017, though, with new props, a mega tree, flame projectors and a nativity scene.
