ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police, firefighters and EMS responded to reports of a car into a building at an Upstate apartment complex Saturday.

Dispatchers say the call came in at 9:31 a.m. that a car had crashed into the Ashton Park Apartments on Braeburn Drive.

The car appeared to be completely inside the building, per witness photos.

Dispatchers say no one was injured.

FOX Carolina spoke with the father of the resident inside the building where the vehicle crashed and he told reporters it seemed like an elderly man pressed on the gas instead of the brake.

We have reached out to police for more information.
