Another earthquake hits near Augusta, GA; 2nd one this week

AUGUSTA, Ga. (FOX Carolina) -

Another earthquake struck near Augusta, GA late Wednesday night, according to the US Geological Survey.

The 2.1 magnitude quake had an epicenter 1 mile southeast of Augusta.

A 3.2 magnitude quake rumbled in the same area Tuesday morning.

No damage or injuries were reported after that quake.

Augusta, GA  is 115 miles from Greenville, SC.
