Troopers: Driver charged with DUI after rollover wreck in Anderson Co.

ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A woman has been charged in connection to a rollover wreck early Saturday morning, per South Carolina Highway Patrol Troopers.

Troopers say Emily S. Hanis of Anderson was charged with DUI in connection to the collision.

Anderson County Dispatch said troopers, EMS, and fire crews responded to the scene at the intersection of Lebanon Road and Carrie Leigh Lane at 2:28 a.m.

Troopers believe Hanis is still recovering in the hospital from injuries sustained in the collision.

At this time, the extent of those injuries is unknown.
