WESTMINSTER, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is working to identify an individual caught on surveillance video in connection with an elementary school burglary.

Deputies were called to Fair-Oak Elementary School on June 13 after an alarm at the school was activated.

When deputies arrived on scene, they said they found a window open and entry had been made to the school. Several cabinets were opened and there was property damage inside the school, but deputies said it doesn't appear anything was taken.

Surveillance images released by the Sheriff's Office show a masked individual who they said is believed to be connected to the burglary.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
