Dorman HS to practice with Panthers at Wofford College

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Dorman High School's football team is in for a treat come August. 

According to the school's Head Football Coach Dave Gutshall, the Cavs will have a joint practice with the Carolina Panthers this summer.

The practice has been scheduled for August 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will take place at Wofford College.

The Panthers threw the ball around in a practice session with Spartanburg High School's football team back in 2016 - a "first" in the NFL"

The joint practice is being held as part of the NFL and Carolina Panthers “Play Football Month” program, celebrating the game of football at the grassroots level.
