Stray cat becomes a star after finding a home at a Greenville fire station

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A cat that resides at an Upstate firehouse is becoming quite the star on social media, and now, on a popular TV show.

The cat, “Flame,” lives at the Belmont Fire Department in Greenville. His first responder pals call him the resident “Arson Cat.”

The famous feline has more than 15,000 followers on Instagram, and he has also been featured on the Animal Planet Show “My Cat From Hell,” in a segment called My Cat From Heaven.

Firefighters said Flame wandered in as a stray and has become a part of the team.
