GREER, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Greer police said Thursday that a missing woman had been located in Charlotte.

According to police, Deborah Jean Patton was last seen at her home at 1 Wills Cap Ct in Greer by a neighbor.

Patton's son discovered she was missing around 6 p.m.

Police said Patton has Alzheimer's and is without her medication.

Patton previously went missing and was found in the Charlotte area living in hotels, according to police. Police said her family believes she may be headed back to Charlotte now.

Patton, 63, is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a teal v-neck shirt and white capris. Patton has no cash and no bank accounts - her finances are controlled by her son.

SLED also assisted with the search. The agency issued an endangered missing person advisory.

Just after 8 a.m. Thursday, Greer police announced that Patton had been found and thanked the public for their assistance in finding her.
