Anderson police searching for runaway teen with special medical needs

ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Anderson police have issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) advisory for a runaway teen.

Police said 15-year-old Ayh Farag of Anderson left her home on Marchbanks Avenue in the early morning hours of July 10, and hasn't been seen since.

It is not known what she was last seen wearing, or her direction of travel.

Police said Farag has specialized medical needs. She's described as 5 feet tall, weighing 115 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should speak with Det. Garland Major at the City of Anderson Police Department at (864) 305-7447.
