SIMPSONVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and official grand opening celebration on Monday at the new Hobby Lobby in Simpsonville, according to a news release from the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 9 a.m. at the new 55,000 square-foot Hobby Lobby, located at the intersection of Fairview Road and Harrison Bridge Road.

"We feel blessed for the fantastic opportunity to be a part of the Simpsonville community," said Kelly Black, Hobby Lobby’s Director of Advertising, in the news release. "Our Goal is for customers to experience the exceptional service, selection and value Hobby Lobby offers."

The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public and Simpsonville area officials are expected to attend.
