Greenville Co. deputies seek to identify attempted armed robbery suspect

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office said deputies are working to identify an attempted armed robbery suspect.

Only July 9, deputies said the suspect approached a victim at the Bank of America ATM on White Horse Road and demanded money. The suspect is accused of threatening the victim and displaying a firearm which was tucked into his pants.

When the victim drove away, deputies said the suspect followed him briefly down White Horse Road.

The Sheriff's Office releases surveillance photos of an unidentified individual and suspect vehicle believed to be connected to the incident.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
