Thursday is Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Participating Dairy Queen restaurants throughout the US are pledging to donate $1 or more from every Blizzard treat sold on Thursday to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Dairy Queen said the funds will stay in local communities and benefit CMN Hospitals near the participating restaurants.

Dairy Queen has raised more than $120 million for CMN Hospitals during their 33-year partnership.

The featured Miracle Treat Day "Blizzard of the Day" will be Oreo, which Dairy Queen said is the most popular flavor.

Funds raised at Upstate Dairy Queen locations will be donated to the Greenville Health System Children’s Hospital, which is part of the CMN Hospitals network.
