MOORE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Ritrama, a designer and manufacturer of self-adhesive materials, announced a big expansion to its Spartanburg County facility.

The company said it is investigating an additional $15 million in its location on Interstate 26 near Highway 221 in Moore. The additional capital will bring their total investment to $100 million.

Ritrama's facility in Moore will serve as the company's North American headquarters and is designed to be the "most modern and productive plant worldwide."

"This announcement is another example of a company finding success in South Carolina and proving that it's committed to our people by continuing to invest in them," Governor Henry McMaster said. "Companies like Ritrama are an important component to the success of our manufacturing industry and one of the many reasons it's considered one of the strongest in the world."
