SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Landrum Police Department has issued new warrants for the arrest of an Upstate man accused of criminal sexual conduct with minors.

Warrants said 55-year-old John Steve Pierce of Landrum has been charged after incidents of sexual abuse at his home in Landrum city limits.

Warrants said that between July 1 and July 14, Pierce inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl, kissed parts of her body and rubbed her over her clothing.

A second warrant said that between June 26 and July 14, Pierce caused a minor to consume marijuana in Spartanburg as well.

During the course of the investigation, officers said they identified a second victim who is also under the age of 16 year old. Arrest warrants indicate he inappropriately touched a victim and disseminated pornography to a minor.

Pierce is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of disseminating obscene material to a person under 18 years of age.
