SENECA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Seneca Police and Fire Department responded to a wreck with injuries early Sunday morning.

According to the Seneca Fire Chief, a vehicle ran off Old Salem Road in Seneca around 12:30 a.m. and hit three cars parked at a nearby Hampton Inn & Suites.

The car also knocked down a light pole in the hotel's parking lot and caused it to fall on to one car, said the chief.

According to the Seneca Fire Chief, two people were inside the vehicle that crashed into the lot. He said, the driver of the vehicle was entrapped and airlifted to Greenville Memorial and a passenger was taken to Oconee Memorial Hospital.

No word on the severity of their injuries.

No one was inside the parked cars at the time.
