GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

A Greenville restaurant is collecting supplies to support Greenville County Schools as students gear up to return to the classroom.

The Greenville County School District starts back on Aug. 22. Between July 31 and Aug. 21, community members can donate any type of school supplies at Tucanos Brazilian Grill on Woodruff Road.

The restaurant said donors will receive a free coupon for Brazilian lemonade. Teachers can also show valid school identification during the drive to receive a free dessert.

"Tucanos holds strong values in supporting the community and the families within it," said Tucanos general manager John Ramm. "Our school supply drive is the perfect way to foster the values we hold and allow members of the community to make a difference alongside us."
