GREENWOOD, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Greenwood Police Department said a man is charged after shots were fired following an argument at a party.

Officers said they were dispatched on Saturday to a report of shots fired around 1:45 a.m. on White Oak Lane. Officers said 35-year-old Bryant Oneal Carroll was involved in an argument with individuals at a house party.

When Carroll left the home, officers said he began shooting in the direction of a vehicle before running into the woods.

No one was injured in the incident.

Officers later found Carroll, who was yelling and cursing at a woman. He was arrested and charged with attempted murder and disorderly conduct.

The woman with him, 28-year-old Tameka Larketa James, was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
