Today will be a bit cloudier and muggier than yesterday, but all in all, still not too bad with highs in the lower 80s in the mountains and upper 80s in the Upstate.
There is also a slight chance at a stray thundershower or two, but the vast majority of the area will stay dry with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Lows tonight will be in the 60s area-wide followed by a near-identical day Thursday with low rain chances and slightly increasing humidity.
Friday will mark the start of a stormier weather pattern as a cold front approaches from the west and bringing temperatures back into the lower and middle 80s.
Scattered afternoon thunderstorm chances will continue into Saturday and back off a little bit on Sunday but could perhaps increase again early next week.
