One of three people Greenville County deputies said was hurt in a house fire early Friday morning is being treated at the Augusta Burn Center and his employer said a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to benefit his family.

Deputies said the fire was reported just after 12:21 a.m. on August 4 at a home on Ebenezer Road in Travelers Rest.

Three people were taken to the hospital. Deputies did not know the victims' conditions.

On Monday, Lois Overson, general manager of G2 Secure Staff at Greenville Spartanburg International Airport, stated that one of the victims is an employee of hers at the airport.

She identified the man as Kamdon Bailey.

"He is a Lead agent that assists passengers in the airport with disabilities and is a major asset to our company," Overson said of Bailey. " Kamdon went back into the burning home and woke his grandparents and assisted each of them to safety.  He was sent to the Augusta Burns Center for his injuries.  The home of Lujean and David Bailey was a total loss as well as it's contents.  As they had owned the home for over 50 years, they had no insurance to cover the loss."

Overson said, in addition to mounting medical bills, the family lost all of their belongings in the fire.
