Greenville police investigating armed robbery at credit union

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Greenville police said officers are investigating an armed robbery at the Metrolina Credit Union on Woodruff Road.

The robbery happened on Saturday.

Police said a man entered the credit union with a gun and demanded money from an employee working there.

The suspect fled with cash.

Police are still investigating and trying to determine the suspect’s identity.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 864-23-CRIME. Black male came in with a gun and demanded money from the complainant working there. He got away with an unknown amount of money.
