Temperatures continue to climb in the coming days with only limited rain chances.
Passing clouds dot the sky today, but enough sun still warms the afternoon into the middle 60s in the mountains to the lower 70s across the Upstate. There is a small risk of a shower in the mountains, but the Upstate should stay dry.
Warmer conditions are in store for the end of the week as highs inch closer to 80 degrees, especially Friday afternoon. A few showers are possible in the mountains Friday afternoon, but the Upstate continues to look dry.
Saturday brings a better shot at scattered showers with a weak front, but the main story will be the above-average temperatures continuing through the rest of the weekend.
While the warm weather stays into next week, rain chances remain small until Tuesday or Wednesday as a stronger front arrives.
