Sebastian Aho had a goal and an assist, and Elias Lindholm, Noah Hanafin and Derek Ryan also scored for Carolina, which was 3-0-2 in its last five.

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Lexie Brown scored 24 points, Leaonna Odom had 16 points and nine rebounds, and the Duke women beat High Point 77-50 Thursday night in the Blue Devils' home opener.
