(Meredith) -- Pop-Tarts fans will soon have a reason to celebrate the frosty season.

Kellogg has announced it's bringing back the highly requested Frosted Strawberry Milkshake toaster pastries.

The flavor will be available at retailers nationwide this month.

"It's been five years since Pop-Tarts has offered this limited-edition variety. Ever since Frosted Strawberry Milkshake has been our most highly-requested flavor among fans on social media, so we're excited to treat them again," said Angela Gusse, director of marketing for Pop-Tarts.

The Frosted Strawberry Milkshake is described as having a creamy, strawberry-flavored filling which Kellogg says tastes like a real frozen treat.

Kellogg adds that this particular treat is best served right out of the freezer.
