COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina's once proud and winning program is struggling as the Gamecocks desperately try not to miss out on the postseason for a second straight year. First-year coach Mark Kingston says his players must improve as they head into the second half of the Southeastern Conference season. Kingston believes South Carolina's problems are a combination of young players finding their way along with veterans not performing strongly at critical moments.
