Easley police investigating after one person shot in pickup truck

EASLEY, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Easley police said they are investigating a shooting that injured one person Thursday night.

Police said the shooting happened around 9 p.m. outside the Dream Center of Pickens County on Hillcrest Drive.

Police said multiple shots were fired into a pickup truck. The driver was shot in the foot but was able to drive himself to the hospital, where police said they met up with the victim.

Two others were in the truck but were not hurt.

Police said they are pulling surveillance footage from the Dream Center and following up on leads but have not yet named a suspect.
