Detectives hope to identify group of suspects accused of fatally assaulting, burning cat

BALTIMORE, MD -

Detectives in Maryland are trying to track down a group of suspects in a brutal animal abuse case.

The crime happened on December 16, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

The suspects are accused of assaulting a cat and then setting the animal on fire.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspects on camera.

Police posted the graphic video on YouTube in hopes of identified the suspects, which appeared to be young males.
