GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Rain is back in the forecast for this weekend, with the best chance happening on Sunday. Some colder weather settles in for middle of next week.

A few light showers are possible this evening, with heavier rain likely later tonight.

Clouds increase on Saturday ahead of some rain that will arrive for Sunday. Expect highs Saturday to remain in the mid 50s with only a slight chance for late day showers.

Sunday morning will be mostly cloudy skies scattered showers, then a few may linger into the afternoon before the system passes to our east.

A few snow showers could push into the mountains for Monday, while the Upstate would just see a few showers. Winds will pick up as an arctic blast moves in.

Cooler air will push in for next week, but nothing to out of the ordinary. Highs will drop back into the 40s by Tuesday. Be sure to catch the Blue Moon on Wednesday! We should have clear skies for it.
