Union police said a man accused of pulling a gun on people on two separate occasions in the city has been arrested.

The incidents happened back in August. Police said one took place in the parking lot of the Haemonetics plant on Medical Science Drive. The second took place in the Chambertown area.

In both cases, arrest warrants state the suspect, 32-year-old Darnell Elmore threatened to harm and kill people.

Police said Elmore was arrested and booked into jail on Sunday. He is charged with two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm, trespassing, and driving under suspension.
