GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

City of Greenville officials confirm an Upstate park has been reopened after it was shut down for a few hours on Sunday due to flooding.

Officers say Cleveland Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail underpasses at River Street and McDaniel Avenue were closed due to flooding as a result of the rain on Sunday.

Police were dispatched to block off the park Sunday morning.

Officials say both the Cleveland Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail were reopened around 4:30 p.m. They advise trail users to be cautious of the mud on the surface of trail underpasses.
