Spartanburg City FD: Apartment 'completely destroyed' after fire at Magnolia Townhomes

The Spartanburg City Fire Department said they responded to a fire at Magnolia Townhomes on Saturday.

The fire department said the call came in at 6:30 p.m. 

According to the fire department, the fire started in the kitchen of an apartment. 

The apartment was completely destroyed and two other apartments had smoke and water damage, the fire department said. 

The North Spartanburg, Drayton Fire, Hilltop Fire, Westview, and Una departments also responded to the fire. 

No injuries were reported in the fire. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation. 

Two firefighters and one resident suffered injuries in a blaze at the townhomes just last month.
