Laurens County deputies ask for help locating teen missing since Feb. 23

LAURENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies in Laurens County are asking for help locating a missing teenager.

Deputies said they began investigating on February 23, 2018 at approximately 11:06 P.M. when Tyqueria Little, 17, was reported missing from her home on Racetrack Road.

Deputies said they believe Tyqueria contacted an unknown person to pick her up from her home and left willfully.

Deputies said the teen may be attempting to leave the state.

“Mrs. Little has a history of mental illness according to her family, and was recently released from a mental health facility,” added Captain Robert Wilkie with the sheriff’s office.

Deputies ask anyone who has seen or has information on  the girl’s whereabouts please contact the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office at 864-984-4967 or Crime Stoppers at  864-68-CRIME.
