The Peace Center will hold auditions for a role in the touring production of the Broadway musical 'Waitress.'

Auditions will be held on March 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the role of Lulu. Lulu is the daughter of the main character, Jenna.

The Peace Center described the role of Lulu as "a sweet and carefree four to five-year-old." The character appears in the musical's finale scene. Girls that audition should be shorter than 4'2" and no older than 5 years and 3 months, the Peace Center said.

Two girls will share the role of Lulu. Individuals, sets of twins, and siblings are all welcome to audition.

Children auditioning for the role will read two lines from the show. Prior acting experience is not required.

Auditioning space is limited to the first 70 applicants that sign up on the Peace Center website.

The character of Lulu is cast locally in each city during the production's national tour.

Each girl chosen for the role will perform in four shows during the one-week engagement.
